brocklink.com as well as qweb.brocklink.com both appear to be active websites with no notices of discontinued service.  I don't have a Brock dryer but setup a dozen or so fo them for online access about 8-10 years ago.  If I remember correctly there is a way to go into the setup and internet setup to verify if it is sending files. You can also determine in that area if you have a valid IP address from your router to make sure you are actually connected.  The first think I would do is take the ethernet cable that is plugged into the Quantum controller and plug it into a laptop to see of you have a connection.
