the context of this topic of "farming how you want" is more of a herd management in response to previous topics.
This topic was not started under the context of somebody complaining about debt and not be able to get a couple things they want
I said being debt-free isn't a prerequisite to farming how you want.
I never argued having debt versus being debt free are financially equivalent.
In every example you gave, if you have debt but you're a good manager, you can be profitable and farm how you want.
And likewise, if you're debt free, if you're wasteful or not profitable, you're not going to be debt free for very long.
You're explaining the advantages of being debt free very well. Except I never argued against that. You're arguing with something I never said.
So saying being debt free isn't a prerequisite to farming how you want really isn't a stupid comment.
