| I have some that are 10-15 years old, but usually just a small group of cattle on them so less fighting, the hard plastic tanks like the old Rubbermaid and Freedland are a waste of money IMO. One of my old plastic ones has a couple cracks in the top edge so I bolted steel patches over the cracks in a timely manner, other 3 look pretty much like the day I bought them. If a large group of cattle on them I would say at the very least a hot wire or better yet is some sort of steel rail or guard to protect them somewhat. | |
