It behaves more like a glorified search engine than a thinking machine.
It can be alluring, as its word choices can be convincing.
On another topic, I wonder if those in the "War Dept" believed what AI spit out....AI can confidently say this/that, but unless a person is versed in the topic, they can be misled. Old school knew the Strait of Hormuz was the Achilles' heel, but highly unlikely AI was "aware."
