Old tiger came into this thread with such authority and condescending or dismissive attitude to anybody else and their ideas. Acting like everything he said is written in stone fact.
I simply ask a couple questions for him to clarify his statements. And what did he do? Did he answer the questions?
Did he explain his position or back up his claims?
Nope. We get a sarcastic temper tantrum about how I know everything apparently.
See, asking for clarification or to backup a statement, it isn't claiming I know everything. It's asking you to substantiate your statements.
When the questions get a little too direct, and you can't answer it them, apparently sarcasm is the only route.
Sarcasm isn't an argument, and it definitely doesn't help make you right.
It just shows everybody what happens when somebody questions the authority you've given yourself. |
