SE Nebraska | Have had more moisture this year than the previous few. I just recently pulled my fall herd home for calving and had 5 cases of foot rot pop up about the same time. They were in the lot during the latest monsoon weather we had so things were pretty muddy. I was keeping them on some concrete as much as possible but that comes with its own challenges.
I treated them with Draxxin. Had two get better from that but the other three I retreated with LA200 and it seems to have done the trick. (Last one seems to be on the mend) Wondering has anyone else seen more foot rot than normal and what is your go-to for treatment? Any advice is appreciated. | |
