I am the "grower' of our produce,in the farm market I am often asked pesticide /varietal info,I am the grower and make those decisions for crops. My wife is the market manager.Overall we are farmers. There is a generalized need for the category here.I also manage 4 dozen men in various crews.I consider myself a manager then as well. Then also a farmer overall.
