That's a good idea. Frame height needs to be checked often and in the field ready to plant. Especially on the 1790 20-21 inches in the shop is probably too low. I can't imagine a 1790 with the bean units up needing to add weight. The wing wheel adj is a good idea or there is something else wrong. Jmho. Jim at Dawn
