I use SW Maps.
It lets me connect my portable GNSS receiver via USB or bluetooth. The app will also connect to my base station and pass corrections to the GNSS receiver for full RTK.
The same hardware is also my base station backup. The same portable GNSS receiver and android phone can be a base station using the GNSS Master app.
I like sw maps too with an external receiver.
