I have row markers and have only planted corn thus far. I also have precision airforce system with row unit modules on corn rows 2,8,and14. Down pressure will show to be excellent on row 8 which is in the center section while rows 2 and 14 will be carrying no weight. When you get out and look at each row the rows in the center frame have good depth while the wings start shallowing up to the outside. When you watch the frame while planting the wings tend to bend upward instead of staying level so this is why my dealer thinks adding more weight will hold wings down. One would think that a planter weighing over 34000lbs would have enough weight on it.
