Lake Park Iowa | I believe that duncan was referring to a rolling basket, not a rolling harrow. Basket being used before planting, harrow being used around here at least, after planting. And as you say, the harrow will flatten them out after planting. We have had problems with stalks blowing away after a rounding harrow, so we are trying a basket this year before planting. Maybe we have more wind here than other places. The wind companies seem to think so anyway. Dan | |
