Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Some years back I purchased two cameras (rectangular shape) from Larsen Lights. I have used them successfully with my IOS device (iPhone 8, iPhone XR and iPad Pro). This is using an Access Point connection where the cameras and the devices communicate diretly. No Internet is involved. The devices need to be reasonably close to the cameras which is not a problem for my uses. I have been using the IOS app called CamHi.
I would like to use an Android tablet that I purchased from Wal-Mart in the same way with the cameras. I checked with Kenny and he said he thought I should use the Android version called CamHi Pro. I searced for it in the App store. It was found but I received a message indicating it would not work with my Android tablet. My tablet is using the "GO" version of the Android Operating system which I believe is a form of Android 14.
Does anyone have another app that would seem to be appropriate for this combination? My goal is to use it as a back up camera in my combine since the Android screen is bigger than the iPhone 8 I have been using. I could use my iPad Pro but it is larger than I really need.
I could use my iPhone XR but I prefer to keep the camera working with a separate device and "save" the iPhone XR for other phone uses.
