Subject: Sensing direction with adruino uno

NNW Nebraska
Trying to use a adruino uno r3 and 2 ultrasonic sensors.
Found a coupla schetches that might almost somewhat work.

Wondering if there is anyone that would correspond with me to make a bit of program tweets and get it working.

Application is to make a fly sprayer to control flies on cows.
Want it to open a solenoid when a cows walks through a opening. Reason for one way is to actually spray the cow after her head & shoulders have passed through the opening. If it sprays before the cow has a good start through, she will stop & backup.

Tried using a rod to trip a microswitch but that takes some training to get cows to walk through and some never will. By contrast, if you get a hole in a fence under a cedar tree, the whole heard will go through that!
