Maybe it was a desperate day...
We've seen this forever...an older guy runs into repairs and just says " I'll hire the neighbor and worry about the repair, later".
Not saying good or bad, just that it's happened plenty times, before.
You left out the next step …..renting the farm out. They realize they ain’t in the shape they were once they got their but kicked by what was a simple repair in the day. |
