| Pink eye sucks. Eye patches seemed to make a bigger difference for me than antibiotics did this year. Mostly is a issue in calves cows shrug it off.
The eye patches stop transmission from the infected eye but also allow it to heal, UV light irritates the already infected eye making recovery much more difficult. Fixed cases of pink eye with eye patches that were totally indifferent to drugs. | |
