| If a person struggles with a kiosk, they are gonna struggle with the app too. Mostly getting it set up, signing it, adding a payment method, etc. I do ok with all of that, but my Arby's app, I don't use but once every couple of months or so, signs me out and I can't remember my log-in stuff. I use an iPhone and it remembers credentials for websites perfectly, but it does for some apps, not for others.
People who struggle with kiosks make me wonder how they figure out precision ag tech. | |
