I disagree. The subsidies will change. As someone who is mainly a row crop guy but has a good sized herd on the side I see both sides. CRP and prevent plant will eventually be phased out. Encouraging permanent grass or late planting of something. Amazing around here the yields the guys that don't carry insurance get even in an extreme late year.
