West Lafayette IN | I agree. I should have included lamb in my list. Occasionally I try lamb and I want to like it. Most lamb and goat has a “gamey” flavor for me. I believe it’s the lanolin. I’ve heard other folks have the same experience.
I remember as a kid, catfish had a “muddy” flavor. Once catfish farming expanded, catfish tasted a lot cleaner to me and I really enjoy it. If you can figure out a way to eliminate the lanolin flavor, I would be a huge fan of lamb. I believe other consumers would too. | |
