I don't know how often he is doing it. I googled and found it is something you need to subscribe to get.  So far, it shows 2 episodes.  I don't know what is in the Plan.

I do agree that it is important for a CEO to get "grounded" to know what happens day-to-day in their business.  That is a job of a good CEO.  However, to go out and do that work on a "daily" basis.... that is something that a CEO should not be doing.
