Correct.
For a sweep with a wheel on the end, the flashing is supposed to be laid on top of each other going clockwise around the bin.
For a sweep with a walker on it, the flashing is supposed to be installed counter clockwise.
If the sweep is catching on the edge of the flashing with the back board, you either need to adjust the sweep higher or the wheel needs to be replaced.
