Will defend the owner as we don't know what his day was like from his perspective.  Maybe his wife left him last night, he ran over his all-time best dog this morning backing out the garage, the banker called asking about that late payment on the note, and a $15/hr employee left the freezer door open all night ruining thousands of dollars of food.
