Central ND | It is extremely unrealistic to expect every employee of every business to know every part of it. Thats like saying anyone that ever steps foot on your farm to help better know everything from which chemicals go on which field to how to pull a calf....... not gonna happen. Now if you go to the grain elevator and the driveway man doesnt know how to get the grain from the pit to the leg I understand the frustration. Getting bent out of shape over a hardware store employee not being able to find a $1 part that may sell a handful a year, at most, seems like an odd hill to die on? | |
