I would plant it, always plant if you can here. I think your climate is more like mine, might be different if you were in Kansas. It might start raining and not stop. Worse case if you have a crappy stand and need to replant in the spring that’s what you would be doing if you wait now. Old rule of thumb cutoff here for summer seedings is to have them in by Labor Day
