| Listened to a few podcasts from sports experts/reporters that have covered the Hawkeyes Kids Day scrimmage for a couple decades, or more. Been more than a couple pretty good QB’s through that era that commanded the offense. Nobody turned in a performance like this dude that resembles JoeDirt kinda. He was to be Hank Browns backup. Brown is 6” taller than Hecklinski, but had 3 passes swatted down, threw for around 75 yards and zero TD’s, no int’s. Heck also had no interceptions, no passes batted down, threw for 205 yards and an amazing 5 TD’s. These guys were very impressed, and Hank Brown looks like he be riding the pine. | |
