I heard from someone who deals a bit with Daya center land accusations, $150k is for a large enough chunk of ground to start on, but unimproved. Once that ground has improved with utilities and such, is bare leveled ready to build on now it’s $350k. Don’t matter if data center is paying it direct to landowner, or to an investment group or reality group that bought it up and got it ready. $350k per acre for build ready site with all utility’s. Ive had multiple landowners contact me with tax issues directly related to data center offers for their bare land as part of a total acquisition project from enough willing sellers to provide to required acreage necessary. $200k was the number. |
