NWC Ohio | I heard from someone who deals a bit with Daya center land accusations, $150k is for a large enough chunk of ground to start on, but unimproved. Once that ground has improved with utilities and such, is bare leveled ready to build on now it’s $350k. Don’t matter if data center is paying it direct to landowner, or to an investment group or reality group that bought it up and got it ready. $350k per acre for build ready site with all utility’s. | |
