Nobody makes you go there and this is a pretty decent WI success story. Employee turnover at our local store is fairly minimal so that says something and they have good, helpful employees.
Agree fully! This convo starts up pretty frequently from one viewpoint or another on here and ends up (or starts out) with so many whining about Menards and their policies. Don't go. Just drive on by. I hate WalMart with a passion (especially our local one) and so I don't go. I know people who say their produce is outstanding, so on, so on. Nope. Not gonna.
