NWC Ohio | Well you’re a far piece from Ohio, but there is a place called Ohio Surplus in Forrest, OH. They deal in truck stuff. Pretty sure sometime in the last two weeks they posted one day on FB having a shipment of multiple pallets of steel wheels. Don’t know what all sizes and styles though. Might be worth a call to see and maybe they can find you a deal with shipping since you want so many at once.
I swapped out my spoked 9.00-20 on my dump truck last fall for 285/75r 22.5. Got 4 used rims from a local tire place. Had a semi trailer full of used steel wheels. Took 6 to get 4 I liked. First two were recently painted and still nice white paint. One was rusted more than I wanted. Another had been sandblasted excellently, so good that they took out a 6” long strip where it rusted out where the spoke lip is welded to the wheel itself. Needless to say they tossed it into the scrap dumpster.
