DG Grocerie, think Dollar General just bought a 1.2 acre corner out of a small field I rent, for $1.5 million.
Maybe things have changed but I'm pretty sure dollar general in the past never bought places they just leased buildings for 15 years or so.
I asked the landlord, we get along pretty well. He told me himself 1.5 mil. Said his kids could deal with them Axxholes from here on out. Then they built a new building on the site. Asked the dirt crew if they would make a ramp to get my Hagie in there, and they said it “HAD” to open on 7/20/26. It’s still not done.
