This is really simple. Anything that the Medicare people have to tell you will come in the mail. Period. If it doesn't come from them in the mail, chuck it. I don't open any emails from "them" (soc sec, medicare, etc) either. I don't know why people keep thinking this type of stuff is even possibly legit.
Does Medicare offer a food card?
