coast of Maine | Mark,the scam is a bit long but we learned when our biz was listed by scammers.It is usually a legal (but scamming)realty org that lists your place.They put it behind a paywall (say 5 $ a month)the neighbors want to know the cost etc,they give CC #,this allows them to peak and give the scamming realty co proof they saw it first on their realtor site.% years down the road it goes up for sale by you to a local realtor,,with technology they know at this scammy realty site,,when it is sold if they have the name(from you peeking and cc#)if they buy they sue the realty co you hired for 50% of realtor proceeds.It is giving realtors fits.Pissed me off as mine is a running biz.,I called the pukes and said delist or your sued.They did.To top it off the scamming realty co keeps charging CC#'s almost indefinitely.Some have paid thousands .I could have choked them out,,neighbors called asked why we were selling out,,I am glad they got scammed by the douchebag co.though. | |
