Seems like you can find a few here and there pretty cheap. 16 in one place might be a challenge, and that many in good shape would be even harder. Keep looking on marketplace and they'll come up eventually. The good news is you don't have to do them all at once, supposedly you can put a 10.00R20 as a dual to a 11r22.5. Not sure about 11.00r20's, or their equivalent.
