There are often a dozen chems added to commercial baked goodsto keep spoilage away.Thats why they called it Wonder Bread,,it is a wonder it does not kill you...Here in our on farm bakery we advise customers to eat it or refrigerate or freeze.You usually do not have 5 days in summer here without a mold.Winter a longer time.I would like to know of in arid areas out west does bread last a longer time?
