You ain’t got started yet. A 29 acre farm back in PA where my wife come from sold for 117,500 an acre just last week.
It’s absolutely crazy.
Edit, you sure would not want to forget about the 12% buyers premium on that bid.
high quality dirt flat and square. Old house and barn. Very little ever gets sold in that area
Across the hill here a 66 acre farm low quality dirt with a couple broiler barns sold for 5m
