From what you say it sounds as if those cleaners left a residue with its odor in it. Maybe baking a couple of meatloafs or something similar will season your oven and take that smell from it. I often notice store bought breads often pick up the odors of stuff it is stored near. I don't know how folks eat bread that comes from these dollar stores where the smell in the whole store is so strong I avoid going in them.
