East central Iowa | When the bread was baked in the bread maker it didn't change smell or taste after a few days being in a plastic bag.
My wife cleaned the oven with those spray on cleaners and we took the dough from the bread maker, cut it in half and baked it in the oven in two separate pans. We've been doing that for a while to make cutting it easier and the slices smaller. NOTE oven has been used multiple times since cleaning without affecting other foods.
However recently after about 3 days the bread starts to smell different and taste is off. When it came out of the oven and the first days it was fine.
Bread pans are the same as always, bread was kept in same bags or plastic containers same as always.
I don't know what's wrong.
