I used to really like hot food, but the older I get it has a tendency to burn all the way through so while I still like the flavor I pay the price the next day. These were supposed to be banana peppers, and green chiles - and they look correct - the wierd thing is 1 has virtually no spice, then the next one is brutal - and it’s not plant to plant- it’s individual peppers on the plant.
