Monett Missouri | The pay there must be a lot higher than the Midwest. Here in SW Mo Tyson’s wants new growers to build six 55x600. House only cost running about $600,000 each. Tyson’s are adding approximately 1.2 million of added money over the 15 year loan. Without this extra money they won’t cashflow. My lender says they have quit financing broiler houses because they don’t cashflow. Several new houses are under construction for this complex currently.
