Have you priced injection mold tooling? Better sit down. Tooling also has a finite life as well.
Have one 3D scanned. Get the STL and print it out of PA6 nylon. There isn’t a UHMW poly filament available so nylon would be the closest alternative. Would also have to anneal the 3D printed part. After all that the price would seem cheap.
