Both.  I gave it the name that the computer called it.  I did find them at an auto parts store online, but they wanted $7.00 each.  Let see, $7 x 2 = 14 plus $10 shipping.  $28 for 2 small common parts that I bought for $1.35 and no shipping.  I was going through that town anyway.  

Yes, problem was that this 40 year old man did not know that I was talking about after I gave them a very, very descriptive of the part.  Sad.

People who work in some stores are so uneducated.  They hire anybody who walks in the door.  Ask them where I can find X and they just just point and say, Some where over there.

Now if I want to drive 40 miles there is a very good hardware store.  I was asking for a specific screw size and the man looked every where he could think of in this large well stocked hardware store.  He even got on his 2 way radio and asked the boss/owner where to look.  Excellent store, but very rare to find.
