We are looking into building 2 60x500 broiler houses. Obviously very expensive to get started. a few questions I am looking for opinions on.....Is it profitable with the large building expenses? Is Organic worth looking into? How much work is involved?
My only advice is don’t build them next to your house or shop. Build them on an out parcel you are willing to sell so that it is a real option in the future.
