west-byGod-Pa. | Realize that there a LOT of people to the age of 40 or 50, who have never done anything mechanical-even changed a light switch. They have never seen a hardware catalog-or an auto parts catalog, to know what makes up this world.
I first experienced this when I worked in a hardware store as a teenager: great experience, but had to adjust to dealing with someone coming in looking for a 9/16 inch bolt, when what they really wanted was 3/8”. | |
