I'd suggest a purchase agreement for the transaction. Set the price and date with a note of "with payment to be made via wire transfer within 7 days and machine cannot be removed from seller's premises until payment is received"?
I might suggest one change. "Item cannot be removed from the sellers premises until payment is received and cleared by my bank."
