Subject: RE: What convenience store for a small town?

coast of Maine
I assumed wrongly of this for years. When I met the man whom runs many of the deals with Indian/paki owners.Hard working families that want an almost guaranteed return WITHOUT the stock market. The dollars are pooled into a fund that is sent here to buy any convenience store offered. The cleanliness is in question, the food they cook is way less.Pepsi Coke products/gasoline/cigs/lottery tickets/candy/and other long shelf life crap and reduce any extra work such as cleaning drives is eliminated. The motels are operated cheaper as families live in a unit do the maint /cleaning.There was a decent local conv that they bought and kept it clean and popular,,then ICE showed up and took the owners husband as he was a wanted foreigner. He was wanted for 10 years and they got him for a crime he was convicted of back then.On a peninsula in a very small town on the coast.
