coast of Maine | It is always a conundrum when not knowing of the buyer.You can ask on here of the person or biz.You could do a google search of his /her name.You could ask for a couple business references from them.Give the biz'z a call."do you know of Joe Smoh""Is he a good guy"etc.Then it does not move from your yard until cash/cleared check/wire/venmo is in the bank.You could send a sales agreement.I hereby agree to sell this Grain Cart ser #1234 to Joe Smoh for the total sum of 34,000$ in USA dollars.To be picked up in my yard after receipt of payment.He has to trust you as well.You could go to the bank on his arrival and do the transfer there via wire.I know that cash would be neat but risks there for him.If you go to a location with 35 grand cash alone and you do not know whom it really is,,,I did this with a loader,,carried,city location,hid cash in semi,walked in accessed the situation,spooked me,called 3 x,spooked.He finally called me back,as I was back in the truck getting ready to split,,,he was in the shower did not hear the phone,,,,,hehehhe,,shook the hand on cash,walked back and got out the stash. | |
