Are you certain those are recent? The Ohio isn't going to get close to flood stage in Cincinnati and those trees barely look like they are leafed out. Also lots of dandelions in that one pic for August.

Edit: That sort of looks like the flooding from April 2025. That was a big flood on the Ohio at Cincinnati.
