Subject: RE: Cover Cress

We've grown it several years now for seed production. It has been a learning experience every year- but we are getting better. We work the ground after seed corn- spread the cover cress with the seeder box on our Salford turbo till - 5-7#/AC - and then we roll the ground. You can't leave the soil fluffy- it needs packed down good to set a stand. Early June has been our harvest window- and then we get good double crop bean either no tilled or soil finisher and planted.
