As a kid in our family meat was always the focus of the meal. We might have vegetables from the garden or store or we might have a meat filled pasta like lasagna, but the meal was always built around meat.

It is only in the recent generation where all the push has been to eat less meat and more of the other stuff. Pushed as supposedly plant based being more healthy. I don't believe it for a minute. I may have tried to swallow the idea at one time, but my personal experience says otherwise. I'll eat meat. Maybe some other stuff for variety or taste, but meat for nutrition.

John, I've always thought that if I were supposed to only eat "greens", I'd have a bunch of flat teeth like a cow.

I would not need all the "ripping and tearing" teeth in my head.
