Here non chain type stores are almost all Pakistan/Indian owned.Investment /family groups from abroad buy them a soon as they come up for sale.Most turn into stores that suck.Business realty guy told me literally 100's of buyers that want a store here,,100's of offers in a week.Not illegal ,family units that know how to turn a dollar.Foreign buyer groups ,all with cash.
