coast of Maine | We have 3 different meat producers supply the demand at our farm market.Trying to do animal ag and maintain food safety with fruit and veg production is a big NO.Do some do this some yes.If I had a separate farm and an easy nearby processor I could move lots of meat of our own making,,BUT I think there is more sure profit in selling what others supply us with.So you could contact direct markets and supply them with your brand.Be sure to promote and promote often your brand.Our farm brand"Beths" has been used for 40 years now and is synonymous with quality produce here. | |
